Shade and Size Variations:
Due to the nature of tiles, size and shade differentiation can occur from batch to batch however, we will always endeavour to supply your order from one singular batch.
For subsequent orders (e.g. when a quantity for a project has been underestimated) we will always endeavour to supply you with the same batch again. However, this is not always possible. we will advise for you to order 10% extra to allow for wastage when calculating quantities.

Please check your tiles carefully prior to the fixing for shade and size variation, which may include dry laying. We cannot accept responsibility once they have been fixed. Fixing to a substrate means that you have accepted the tiles in their present condition therefore, no refunds or replacements will be available.

Return Unwanted Items & Faulty Products:
We are unable to accept returns of any leftover tiles that fall outside of a full order cancellation.
Unfortunately, some items are non-returnable and unless listed below, will be subject to a 30% restocking charge from the point of order (within 21 Days of making the order).

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition you received it in and returned within 21 days. Items received in un-saleable condition will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Some items are special order* which are non-returnable and will be stated upon order.
​
Returnable items: Roper Rhodes*, R2*, B2L*, De Facto*, Roca*, HiB*, Veldeau*, Calypso*.
​
Unreturnable items: Fitted furniture products, Worktops, Freestanding baths, Shower trays, Kudos, Merlyn, Fibo Wall Panelling.
​
We do not accept returns on Adhesive, Grout and Trim or sale items.
​
Faulty items which are found after installation must be reported as soon as possible, this does not include damaged items seen after installation. Images are required to verify the fault.

Breakages:
Any breakages, damages or shortages must be notified within 72 hours of delivery or collection via phone or email. Clear images of damages must be forwarded to sales@debright.co.uk.
Delivery:
The customer must make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of products, in accordance with the stated delivery time agreed. If you do not accept delivery of the products or are delayed on delivering products to you, because of your actions, then you may be liable to pay for any costs we may incur.
Free Local delivery on orders over £299. (LE & CV Postcode excluding CV35, 36 & 37). Orders under £299, will incur a surcharge for delivery dependent on location.

Lead Times:
Many items are ordered in from external suppliers and could take longer to arrive than stock items. Orders may be subject to delays, which are out of control of the company however, we will endeavour to keep you informed of any progress of the items. We recommend to book your tradesperson after the delivery of products and you have thoroughly checked the products you have ordered, to ensure there are no issues with your order.
Retention of title:
All goods supplied by us will remain property of Debright Trading Ltd until payment has been received in full.

Aftercare:
Always clean immediately after use to reduce the build-up of dirt and limescale. Use warm soapy water and rinse with cold water when cleaning, ensuring products are wiped dry with a soft cloth.
Cleaning products that contain abrasive ingredients or detergents must not be used as they can cause surface deterioration and damage the finish and function of the product. Manufacturers (in most cases) supply aftercare guidelines to advise the best way of cleaning and maintaining the product.
Bathroom units are water resistant, but not waterproof and all spillages or splashes should be wiped dry immediately. Failure to do so may invalidate any guarantees and shorten the life expectancy of the product.
